Tracy Elger

Tracy Elger, Ed.S. has been the Director of Programs and Services at CESA 2 since 2015. As director, Tracy leads the professional development consultants at CESA 2. She is responsible for aligning consulting resources and budgets, as well as determining pricing structures for CESA 2 programs and services. Tracy serves on the five-member Platform Leadership Team, which functions as the agency’s executive leadership council. Tracy has both a Master’s and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S) degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She is licensed as a teacher, building principal, director of special education, and superintendent.
